Any idea which skills would correlate with inside shot in terms of elastic effect? Fill in the blank: High levels of ___________ will increase the speed of training inside shot.

I have absolutely no idea. It would be hard to tell. However, I think the skill that would correlate the most is Inside Defense(this should be pretty certain), after which Driving and Jump Shot should also correlate nicely. But again, this is not a fact, just a guess.

The question is:
Is inside scoring a big men skill, or an all-around skill for everyone? because if it is a skill for everyone(which it should be) then the three skills above should be a major factor in elastic effect.

My PG is actually a DR:17 IS:1 player.

I can't use your tool (mac), but maybe someone can use his stats to see how often he scores one of those lay-up attempts and how often he goes for them to see if there's an unusually low percentage of lay-ups going in.

I have a Mac too...but just curious what tool are you talking about? I went through my play by plays manually and charted each layup attempt...

If i may jump in and make an observation, if you look at the source of the issue you want a complete player and driving will be part of the equation. I found out by pure chance 1on 1 training works on 3 different attributes. .......

Js, ball handling, and of course driving all at the same time.

I invested in a high price trainer and trained 1on 1 exclusively for 4 seasons..........
Now, 25 year old sg
Js 18
bh 17
and for you most importantly 20+ for Dr.

Last season he averaged 40+ points a game.
This season with playing with strict mins he is making a higher percent of shots.
If you are looking for a blueprint, that is mine.

aight, thumps up :-)

that what i noticed too..if u check all tools u can see that every "B skill" weight around 30% for every position but 95% from all BB users dont care about that fact..for example the german BB Nt..we have one well rounded dude and 2 good but not even great types of "what most users call a BB Small Forward"..most of the guards and Forwards/Center are showing 1/2 or 3 as a skill..i dont think that BB have such players in mind as they prepared a online basketball simulation :-)

Cheers

Will

A cross between B and C. I assume IS is taken into account once the opportunity to score is created with DRV, so high DRV = higher % opportunity of scoring.
