I don't think I'll have an increase on Monday just yet, as the match is only played after the financial update, so therefor there won't be an effect as off yet. I will let you know though, if I don't, remind me :p

was your U21 player a home drafted player?

The anecdotal reports I've seen kinda suggest that the maximal return you get from merchandise might be capped, and that home drafted players are already close to the cap. That would mean that putting that player on the U21 doesn't really increase merch that much.

But, I definitely think that the merch earned from a player is a function of their salary, so the relatively lowish salaries of U21 guards might not show up as a huge spike.

Sorry, I wasnt clear. I think each individual player has a cap on what he'll return in merchandise, and that cap is a certain % of his own salary.

Whether there is a second cap on total sum of merchandise your team can get, maybe based on Division level, I'm not sure.
