In fact for big cup games you can avoid paying the salaries at all. Just find a big ugly $350,000 player who is not on a NT. Buy him for peanuts, win your cup game and then fire him before the financial update. Tell me that is a healthy scenario? At least actions like this will eliminate some of those big ugly guys.

in theory from here it should inflate a bit, to atleast match 10x salary on decent builds. in theory.
Good point. This way, allowing more FAs back in won't do much to the economy but keep it steady.

The TL should close a week after the all-star break, but this will never be implemented as it decreases page hits.

Your idea is a step in the right direction. Like the four-day limit to "curb" day-trading, it's insignificant enough that it won't dent site revenue, but it will appease the managers who rightly complain that BB's player market is out of control.
