He sells his player...good for him. he got his money's worth. He gave up on his NT dream and got paid. Who lost here? Even if someone sabotaged...Like I said...nobody owns the NT. The guy who made the player got paid. Nobody loses. The NT loses??? How? The NT does not train players ~ The NT SELECTS players. It's a different mentality I am suggesting. NT stop making players, just select them. Limit player making to real teams with real domestic league goals and limitations for those players.
NT manager does not only select player, it has to guide training and it is beneficial both for managers and NT alike. Telling a player about elastic effect, training off position for money, helping them get a good deal in the transferlist and helping managers not to cap players at 24yo is not farming, its counseling.
Publicising prospects, finding high league buyers that can give players that little extra juice and keep them.
Without one single farm team we do all those things you say farm team does.
The problem you are referring to here are not farmteams. Farmteams generate unfair competition but all you are saying would still be true without farmteams.
The problem is you havent actually experienced the game. You are limited by the problems of playing just with 36 more teams. Your view of the game is limited and thus biased by your lack of a realistic perspective.
