Eh may iba ka pala plano, bakit mo sya sinunod ??? wala naman sya magagawa if ayaw mo ng plan nya ... kaya wag mo ibagsak sa knya lahat ng sisi ... kasi iba ang pagmamanage ng NT, U21 and own team ... May mga manager na selfish na nakatuon lang sa pagpapalakas ng NT/U21 minsan hindi iniisip yung current team ng mga players na nasa NT/U21 ... ang gusto lang naming mga NT/U21 coach is yung instant impact player ... magbibigay kame ng plan in the end pero nasa owner pa rin kung susundin mo or hind ..

Iniisip ko sir kasi na mas marunong siya sa akin, hindsight is perfect. Kaya sinunod ko siya sa hiniling niya taking into account yung wishes ko na hindi i cap yung player ko ng maaga. Pag hindi mo sir makita ang value ng post ko as a suggestion hindi na lang po ang mag popost dito. Good luck na lang sir.

nakikita ko value ng post mo .. pero yung isisi mo sa tao yung maagang pag capped na player mo dun sa 1st post mo, ibang usapan yun ...

Ayun may mag ttrain na ng SG ... sa totoo lang kulang talaga tayo ng SG .. kahit na sa mga prospect .. si musa nga pinapa convert ko ng SG kay master ghanz eh .. si ulan kasi ang gagawin kong primary PG ...
