Tonight a little something different as we give you a different take on a holiday classic.....

Announcer:

Twas the night before Christmas when all through the slaughterhouse

All the bleacher creatures were stirring, ready to pounce

The standings were hung with the leaders taking care

To ensure in the postseason they would be there

Visions of promotion dancing in their head

The lower half of the standings would find, teams fighting not to be left behind

And Sybil the soothsayer with her crystal ball getting ready to tell all

With Alfred and Lee filled with holiday glee

When all of a sudden club red arenas filled with a clatter

With big blue teams coming to town to settle the matter

When much to my eyes and with sudden surprise

I noticed that teams like the breathers and brewskies we're atop the standings and it was not a disguise

While in club fed the collective was filled with dread

Concerned the kitties were about to pound on their heads

And while teams like pride were settled in for a long winter's nap

There were other teams like Inc with losing streaks to snap

And while clubs like the generals we're looking to get fatter

For some like the bunnies came the realization that this season does matter

And while teams like the waffles and srar we're just trying to find a way to get better

Teams like masters and deronimo were intent on remaining near where the leaders are tethered


And while the cup still overflows for some

For some those dreams are already done

So no matter where in the pecking order your team currently stands

Get off your feet and clap your hands

Because the only thing that makes Christmas better

Is Alfred trying to get the hang of the new telestrator

And while vox pouli gives each team a idea on where things at the gate will run

It's time for another edition of BB2NIGHT to spread more holiday fun!

Monday, my South African u21 takes on Misr/Egypt the toughest team in Africa.

Tuesday a trip to the litter box, always a difficult task.


And Thursday our old friend BigShots defending NBBA champ #4 in the world and #1 in the country come to the coliseum.

Tonight's montage starts with the fans in full fevor transitioning into some serious rim rattling.


Announcer: as we hit the midseason mark everything continues to tighten. Another important night for teams on both sides of the league.

In a battle at the top The kitties come calling at Cassell to face deronimo

Masters will be on upset alert at the cave as the bunnies may be down but far from out

Egg and srar square off in a battle between teams trying to stay close to the contenders

The breathers battle the thieves

The brewskies take on tornadoes

The waffles and bacon look to best each other

The lumberjacks get a chance to get ready for the tougher challenges awaiting later in the week against pride

And the generals are getting ready for the insane week they face as the seek to start on a positive note against a Inc club pretty much in capitulation mode

Sybil will have her say. Alfred and Lee will get you ready for tonight's play. And we will look closer at what it will take for the remaining teams to stay in the cup. So settle on in as it's all about to begin as it's time again for BB2NIGHT!!!

Your opening montage is of players showing love and respect for each other, friend and foe alike. Morphing into action shots of the season thus far.

Announcer: As we enter the second half of the season we also see the end of not just another year but of a decade. Here's to hoping the next year...and next decade is better than the last.
But tonight we focus on the task at hand in one of the most compelling title chases in many a season.


The masters see srar come to town

Coach Lambini continues his daunting week with the Generals going to the house of horrors that is the litter box to face league leader kitties

the lumberjacks look to lock in on Louisville

the thieves will see the ball drop in the style by laying the hammerdown on pride

the bunnies will look to claw their way back towards the playoff hunt against bacon

Deronimo gets to deal with trying to not end up getting egg on their face going into the new year

the brewskies face a stout cup test thursday but could use tonight to get some needed rest for that challenge, but they might just want to ask the generals bout that first because that plan nearly blew up in the generals face this past saturday night

and though it's been a tough season for the tornadoes they look to take down a second top dog at home with this time the big bad blue meanie leading breathers being the victim

Sybil will have her say Alfred and Lee will lead us into te new year in the right way. And much more is ready for us to hear and say as it's time again for BB2NIGHT.

Semi-punted my last league game in order to preserve my best players for the cup, used extra enthusiasm (Normal vs TIE), and got blown out anyway. Sucks to suck lol

We got brushed aside like a gnat by bigshots. But hey we played them to a 17 point game, for the entire league however Thursday night was a massacre.

And now back to our regular programming.....

A slow motion montage of the collective getting biatch slapped out of the cup. Morphing into the collective getting back into action and ready for the stretch drive.

Announcer: with the cup hopes dashed across the board we prepare to go into the ASB all on level ground going forward. In the big 8 the battle heats up while in the great 8 the kitties look to continue their coronation.


Deronimo currently sits as top dog in the big 8, breathers looks to bump them from that pedestal.

and theives will try to hold onto the final club red playoff spot with a tough trip to waffles on the docket
