He is the perfect example why salaries should change during the season. Just imagine paying his salary and his OD or JS drops two skill points. You would be stuck with a 150K player making 230K a week. Isn't worth it.
BTW: You probably don't hear this enough, THANK YOU for what you do for the NT and U-21. For a nation of 10 users, you are one of the reasons we are so strong.
Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately, other things in RL are taking most of my attention recently so I haven't been doing a good job with training my young guys. But, will keep doing the best I can.

Ok, Thank you, of course, it's really important to feel well accepted by community and results are importants, but not only that.

I will try to continue to make an impact on the community, and for that I'm still available to help managers.

Matsuyama find an another team, great!

Why would you leave the reserve spots empty? Managers need that merchandise. A starter gets the same NT merchandise as a reserve. But if a player isn't chosen for the game, he gets 0 NT merchandise.
My policy for my reserves is this; most pops the last training and one player from a Japanese team.

I totally agree with you.
For this first game it's just an oversight, I will be more vigilant the next few weeks.
My choices will be based on the game shape of the week and the level of the players, with priority to players playing in Japanese teams

Your remark was relevant, on the contrary, it is important to motivate managers to train Japanese Players.

I recently became aware of this fact by reading this information on the discussion board. Before that, I believed that any selected player had an impact on merchandise.

So, from now on, there will always be 12 players on the sheet for each match
