looking for a mentor as well...

i have talented big men (PFs and Cs) that I am looking to train and I would like to get promoted from d.iV as well...looking at "look inside" offense and "man-to-man"...

I'm looking for some BB guidance/mentoring; I've been here for 1 season and just got a HOF potential PF....would like to know how to groom him. Please help! :-)

I would like a mentor please. I am new, but i have experience in online managing games (#1 in USA on sokker), and Ive already read the rules a few times, so ill only have good questions, not annoying ones =D

I have not the slightest clue as to how I'm supposed to train my players... Someone please mentor me!! All I've ever really done is train game shape. HELP!!
