I think its height that has huge effect not trainer...i had 7'4 guy last season and he popped every week and sometimes he didnt even have 48+mins...too bad his starting skills werent so good,it was more an experiment with tall trainee.....my trainer level was 5...

Hey everyone,
Not sure if this will help at all but this is what I have recorded for my trainee since he was drafted last season:
Week 1: Stamina training – 1 pop in Stamina
Week 2: Inside Scoring training (For Center) – 1 pop in Inside Shot
Week 3: Inside Defence training (For Center) – 1 pop in Inside Defence
Week 4: One on One training (For Forwards) – 1 pop in Driving
Week 5: Rebounding training (For Center/Power Forward) – 1 pop in Rebounding
Week 6: One on One training (For Forwards) – 1 pop in Jump Shot
Week 7: Shot Blocking training (For Center) – 1 pop in Shot Blocking
Week 8: One on One training (For Forwards) – 1 pop in Driving and 1 pop in Handling
Week 9: Inside Scoring training (For Center) – 1 pop in Inside Shot
Week 10: Jump Shot training (For Wingmen) – No pops
Week 11: Jump Shot training (For Wingmen) – 1 pop in Jump Shot
Week 12: One on One training (For Forwards) – 1 pop in Driving
Week 13: Stamina training – 1 pop in Stamina
Week 14: Stamina training – 1 pop in Stamina
Week 15: Rebounding training (For Center/Power Forward) – 1 pop in Rebounding
Week 16: One on One training (For Forwards) – No pops
Week 17: Inside Scoring training (For Center) – 1 pop in Inside Shot
Week 18: Rebounding training (For Center/Power Forward) – No pops
Week 19: Free Throw training – No pops
Week 20: One on One training (For Forwards) – 1 pop in Driving and 1 pop in Handling

Age: 18 at Week 1 (Therefore 19 years old now)
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
He has received full training every week.

Initial skills:
Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: respectable
Driving: pitiful Passing: inept
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: atrocious

Current skills:
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: proficient
Driving: average Passing: inept
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: pitiful

Total pops over the 20 training weeks:
Jump Shot: 2
Jump Range: 0
Outside Defence: 0
Handling: 2
Driving: 4
Passing: 0
Inside Shot: 3
Inside Defence: 1
Rebounding: 2
Shot Blocking: 1
Stamina: 3 (but had 1 stamina drop as well)
18 pops in 20 weeks.

I gave you 5 balls to even it out. I've learnt to just ignore it, I see so many people post in the help forum and suggestion forum with well written posts with correct answers or good ideas that get 1 balled.
