I think I would put:
5star rating------ grade rating A(+)----- potansiyel 3 star-------age 18
4star rating------ grade rating B(+)----- potansiyel 4 star-------age 18
5star rating------ grade rating N/A ----- potansiyel N/A-------age N/A - 8 players
5star rating------ grade rating A--------- potansiyel 5 star-------age 19
5star rating------ grade rating A--------- potansiyel 2 star-------age 18-2 players
5star rating------ grade rating A(-) ----- potansiyel 2 star-------age 19

At least if considering training. First player probably is salary > 5000 and potential starter to allstar. Could you train to at least 35k in a few seasons and that pretty fast. Looks like a potential U21 player for sure. Second player could with some luck have nice abilities and a salary of $3500 and Superstar potential. I am not sure where to put a 5/5 19 year old. you should certainly have 2 potential players below unknown players as these players are probably not that good. Could actually be better to put a 4 star and 3 potential player ahead of them as well.

Would be good if the first guy was 18 but any 5 star rating with 5 star potential will be a great trainee. The 4 star 4 potential guy is good too as he is 18

I think I will put in this order:

5star rating------ 8 players will be listed depending on their match performance
5star rating------ grade rating A--------- potansiyel 2 star-------age 18-2 players
5star rating------ grade rating A(-) ----- potansiyel 2 star-------age 19

Yeah i was thinking a similar order 2 and 3 could possibly be switched. Guess its younger train faster versus bit older better skills and more potential hard to say.

i am in first place at draft and i will definitely get 5 star A+ 3 star potential player
i think there is a distinct chance of taking one of other players (especially 4 star B+ 4 star potential player)

Actually you are in second place but must be very good chances of getting your first choice as other player will probably not have same information as you and he might not even be active enough to edit his draft order.

yeah i am in second place but firs one is managed by a computerized player
if it put one of my player in first place automatically it will be really bad luck

what is Grade rating A-? does it mean that it is better than B+ ?

That would seem obvious an A- is always better than a B+. IF you have a B+ you have not reached A don't let the + confuse you.
How do you find what your position is in the draft? and how can you find which players you drafted how they were rated when you drafted them?

Position is based on number of wins in regular season. If same number of wins worst goal aggregate chose first. It is both conferences together so if you finish last in your conference you might still be picking as 4th or 5th team and even worse than that.

Here you got salary cap based on potential as has been presented by another BB user. Not verified by BB and I have no idea how correct it is but I do believe that it is pretty close to the truth:
