Cartwright has NT potential, although it's long term and more as a specialist when the team need a SF with outside skills.
Sunbury looks a very good prospect for the U21s, but not the Full NT (because of his potential)

For Cartwright, you need to keep up a mix of outside shooting and pressure training (which will also suit Sunbury) and then work on his handling and driving when he's 22. The NT coach may also want more passing - but you can do that when he's older (23 or 24).

Two very good trainees who will train nicely together. Train one position and play them both in that position, starting Sunbury in the more difficult game of the week. When Sunbury hits 22, think about selling him and using the money to strengthen your team.

Hope this helps.

Eliot's the real deal for the U21s and then EBBL standard, exactly right for SF/SG. Don't think he's a full NT prospect due to the slight slowdown of Awful shotblocking on Inside skill training and (perhaps more importantly) his allstar potential.

He fits my training plan well. But I've had a good look at where he'd fit within my training schedule and I'd have to sell a player I don't really want to instead of the one I thought be able to move on.

So, I'm reluctant to bid and happy to leave him to you to buy Wiggy. Just get him this time!

No can do. I can't guarantee to be online at the right time on Wednesday, because I'm in Canada this week for work, and the time zones screw me up. I'll probably be in a meeting without internet access when his auction closes. Someone else needs to bid for him. Sorry.

well, I'll keep an eye on the bidding and see what I can do if he looks like going abroad.
I'm not going to overbid an English club.

I was advising you to do that, because I don't have a shortlist with the best English players. But you can send me some names and I'll talk to them
