Wow..The NBBA is at $186K and China's 1st div. is 210K...Why is China's so much higher than the USA 1st div?

chinas div is really strong, they improved big in the last two three seasons, as far i could say.

USA's best two teams have both quit, or gone rebuilding over the last two seasons so the contract should have taken a hit. Plus one of those two teams is miraculously still in the NBBA and has only scrubs on their roster.
