I think that the situation is clear to everyone that has a minimum experience in BB, it's hard to find a solution but the draft is a weak aspect of BB since the beginning.

I disagree with your premie that all players train the same in BB. Oterwise all players of similar height and potential would have the same skill. There are many many thins thainfluence and change how a player gets trained.

As far as your point that my view is narrow-minded, that's fine if you want to believe that is what I was trying to say.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

You know no problem with ESV probably he's tired and he wants to make some experiments but doing that he's giving millions to unkwnow managers and what is worst I'm not one of them

This is clearly a situation where TPA should be applied

I don't see any solution for this...

Some seasons ago i wanted a really good rookie, his value more or less was about 2M-2,5M(it was high but...). Started a bid war with 1 spanish div1 team and at the end i bought it for 4,5M(also because i liked the name of the rookie).

Its just offer&demand and i don't think BB's or GM's should start changing the market.

I don't care about how much do you want to offer for a player in a bid war,I care about the money that the sellers receive.
You can decide to pay a young rookie 6M,but the seller should not receive all that money(at least, with the actual market situation)

A possible solution would be to take the above and beyond extra money(say it's 2 million or so). Give the market price money to the buyers, and add in the money into that league's TV contract. All teams in the league would then get a little over 125000 extra dollars spread out over the length of the season. But it would only work for extreme cases, like in the event that players are sold over 175% their market value or something. Consider it prestige for having such a talented 18 year old come out of your league or something.

It would be fairly easy to manipulate this one rule to give a club money though, I guess. It would have to be coded very carefully to make sure that too extreme a value just gets cut off like it should.
