You aren't removing the entire process at all, you are removing just one step.

I don't really think that we need to remove arena building, but i do agree somewhat that it really doesn't have to be as pronounced as it is now. I think it's something that could start closer to 8k-10k seats and then people must decide how to further build it out from there. You'd take a few million dollars out of the process by removing some expenditures, you'd increase the overall funding in the transfer market a few different ways (although teams can still blow all of their money on a huge salary player), and maybe save some retention of the playerbase that might get bored of not being able to realistically compete for IRL years given the pace a season travels in buzzer beater.

A quick look at the NBBA in America suggests about 12-15 seasons for most of those returning to play or maybe playing for the first time is required to get your team to the top if you understand game mechanics. It's at least 3-4 seasons after building ones arena to get to the point where you are able to get to Division 2. So most teams will still require at least 1.5 years to learn the ropes.

I hate removing arena building altogether, so i will stand with you and others there when it comes to it's outright removal. However, i think there is a happier medium to this that we can find and try to keep more people playing, because the more that are playing the more challenging it gets to be at the top, and i think that makes it more fun.

I love the fact that we are basically buildig our clubs up from the sratch. In the world of sports(or to be exact, the most popular sport, football) , clubs are merited by their stadium size. The bigger the stadium the bigger the club. Old, succesful clubs have a big stadium, new ones have to build it. I might be playing a guy in my IV league, who has won BB in season 21. Legendary club and rightly so more financialy capable.
The worst thing about giving every new guy big arena is the fact that everyone who has build it with their blood will have done it for no reason, cause it’s free now

I agree, there is nothing that can be given to new teams that outweighs the advantage of already being here.

Are you planning on increasing the size of arenas for new teams year by year?
Is it because it "doesn't seem to change?"
It is simply hiding the intent, by the way also making fun of the users ..
What would be the difference to do it in one season rather than ten? Which looks sweeter? But among other things, there is no mention of compensation or anything else .. so then it is not so much sweeter .. so?

You need about 5 seasons to grow a full arena, even less in small countries where you start in D1/D2.

During these 5 first seasons, you can train young players and make a lot of money when selling them, you can learn how the player market works, how to build a roster, how the staff market works, how the GE works, how national teams work, how the drafting system works and make money selling or training these young draftees... You can learn how to compete in lower divisions and in the cup's first rounds.
There are already so many things you can do during this first IRL year (or year and a half) before thinking about being competitive in your country's first division, which can then be your goal for the next seasons.

This is a long-term strategy game and building an arena is part of it. Some people might not enjoy it, but personally I don't enjoy it when game updates get rid of some tricky parts which make this game a bit hard to master.

I'm quite new here and I wholeheartedly with this. Absolutely.

With you in the first place who proposed to increase the arena of newcomers gradually and then with all those who agreed with that proposal.

Your proposal was to gradually increase the starting level of the arenas for new players.
For example this season 6k, the next 7k, the one after 8k etc ..
This is to avoid losing competitiveness to those who start this season rather than the next and so on ..
But it doesn't make sense .. because compared to those who created the team until yesterday, those who create it in a few seasons will have a gap that they will have to fill with money ..

Moreover, raising a bit of arena every season seems to be just a mockery to the new ones .. a way to sweeten the pill ..
As if every year they raise the limit for you to retire for one year .. so that you never reach it ..

And the old managers? Those who built the arena with money and not with welfare?
For them it will be just another setback that they will have to take only because they are loyal users ..
As well as the "Consilidazione delle Leagues" which promoted seriously inferior teams to higher leagues.
evidently consistency and fidelity in this game are considered a defect to be remedied ..

Every time I read this type of proposal I ask myself more and more questions .. and maybe I start to think that it is my trust that is misplaced ..

(I apologize if you don't understand .. english is not my strong point and I use translators to read and write in English .. then I reread and try to correct what I think may be wrong .. but I don't know that well English..)
