Idk what are you talking about, personally I just train 2x 2 players which play 48min every tíme and IT seems good

good for you but how does it relate to my answer to Phoenix about game shape of whole roster during ASW?

what if you train 6 young players 1 vs 1 or JS for guards or JS for forwards?

Gameshape still has big random ratio, my 18yo who played 37min has 8gameshape, second one played 33min and has 6.
You can have perfect minutes and your top pleayer couldn't reach 9 gameshape for few weeks.........

Obviously this all-star week is absurd and I wonder why you people don't want to admit it.... Changes in BB are not always for bad. Even neutral position is not so good in this case because everyone has the chance to decide to play 2 or 3 matches for the week, nobody is forced to play different number of matches outside his own choice. Why not everybody to choose how many matches he want to play?!? At the end of season is enough for this type of thing....

Yes this is part of the differences between big BB nations and smaller ones. To adress that, maybe we could postpone a bit the beginning of the national tournament in smaller nations, so that we could still keep the "reward" of staying alive in the cup during ASG, but making it more accessible for each BB-nations.

But if we talk about differences, maybe we could also adress the fact that it's way easier to make loads of money in small BB-nations, for both young and tanking teams. Also the fact that it is easier to win both cup and championship, given there are less competitive cup games and these one are far from the playoffs. It also makes it quite impossible for big BB-nations to have great game shapes in the last rounds of B3/BBM if they try to win both cup and championship. Smaller BB-nations do not have this problem.

See, there are many unfair things that we could adress. But I don't see these ones often discussed, even though it has huge impact in the transfer market and potentially for B3/BBM as well.

Slam, I am new manager and can't comment all the BB problems and unfair things. I only comment what I feel at that moment as a problem. I don't want to gain or loose advantage over someone else. I just want to have the possibility to manage my team the way I want it - to follow my training and match plans. That's it.

You know better than anyone else that I don't understand so well trainings and I asked you a lot about my U21 players what to do. I don't understand tactics. It is difficult to plan things and change them. The possibility of 3 matches during ASG week is needed and greatly appreciated by lot's of teams. You see that teams with less players gain advantage with only 2 possible matches over teams with more players on the bench. This is not so fair play. And it is not so realistic to have a team with only 7-8 players.

Also, as the guy above mentioned - you can't train 6 players on maximum. I also started the season with idea to train 6 players but the salary of youth coach was too big and decided to sell draftees. Now I train 3 players but if I was still training 6 players - then I am loosing training or I have to train freethrows and stamina but I can do that during offseoson.

About national cup I don't know what to say because I loose 1-2-3 round and I don't understand cups so much but I am not against Finals to be in equal time. But it is another topic. Nobody forces users to play 3 matches if they implement second friendly. Everyone can choose for his team - 2 or 3 matches. If everyone can choose what fits him best nobody will be robed. But maybe teams with 7-8 players don't want 3rd match to happen for having some advantage, now I get why some teams are against :)))
