I think if you've played zone in RL, or have watch a "proficient" amount of games and looked for what defenses do, you would see mismatches all the time.

It was said before, if your team is good you will still win. The new engine, IMO, is a more realistic representation of top flight basketball. These guys improve the game every season and I for one, am happy they aren't just sitting back.

Plus, guards with 1's and 2's in inside skills and 12 and 13's in outside skills could be deemed inferior to guards with 5's and 6's in inside skills and 10's and 11's in outside skills, which in many cases is true in RL.

Daniel Gibson vs. Delonte West for example. It all depends on your system I guess.

Adapt and overcome friends. If your a good owner and strategist, this is merely a bump in the road.

One thing I will try in my PL is Princeton. Hopefully with the new engine it will be more effective. I think the lack of owners playing it shows its lack of effectiveness.

half a season delay and still plenty of buggy stuff... congrats!

1) 271 points in my today's game
2) 3-2 defense and my C defends on jumpers of opponent's guards (what is that?)
3) down by 6 with 2 seconds left and ball to the opponent's... isn't it time to give up with the last minute strategy (fouling after 2 seconds, etc.)?

that last second foul when yo uare 3+ points behind is stupid.
i played run-n-gun today against 2-3 zone defence - too many contested shots against 2-3 zone.

This time i have to say that this new GE looks better than the one we played the first match of the season.

Somethings need to be fixed i suppose, but its going on the good way, and i think i will like it more than the old one, its more dinamic this new ¡

Good job ¡

Well, I wouldn't say that: (/BBWeb/boxscore.aspx?MatchID=13099936)

Perhaps in your game the effort was too decisive.

I've lost the two league games played with the new engine, but I think this team it's much better than the first one. We only should get use to it when we decide not to play man to man

Don't understand your examples. In B3 all teams play with the same attitude and what I've said it's that in your game perhaps it was too decisive that he tried harder than you.

I'm sure there are a lot of games like yours played with the old engine. I've seen also a lot of games today where the OD was perfect, so I don't think it's dead, at least I hope so, since my future depends on it

I dindt watch the game but i dont see anything ''wrong''. As Fotocopiator said, i think the huge thing was the more enthusiasm he used. By the way your SF doesnt look like a great outside defender, and you used a zone. Did he defend many shoots from your PG/SG/SF?

And i repeat i dindt watch it, but maybe a defense man to man its a better choice if you use an PF as a SF with the new engine and he hasnt a big outside defense.
