But then I have 2 more questions:

I'm not sure what these 10% are. 10% chance to get cross traning?

and

Can all 4 spots go to the same skill ?

I thought I read that the gym didn't go to stamina or free throws. That stamina and free throws also get cross training but that it was with a different calculation and didn't count as the cross training for normal skills?

I want to play Motion as tactics. Which attributes do i need to buy and look for players in market?

PG? Dribbling, Handling, Passing?

SG? Jump Shoot, Handling?

SF? Jump Shoot, Handling?

PF? Outside and Inside Shoot?

C? Inside Shoot, Rebounding?
