Sweet! I'm liking that. Got me a wicked trainee for it aswel! Wish he was british thought! :(

While i think about it would it also be possible to train around 4 players in each position if i get all 3 games a week and rotate them correctly?

how? you have 3 times by 48 minutes and you want to play 4 players by 48 minutes?

right ok obviously the optimum is 3 but if you play it right you can get damn close to 40 mins doing 4. Again obviously not completely beneficial but i can't imagine the difference between 36 and 48 minutes training is that much in the long run.

So, i have got a question about the played minutes and the training's efficiency.
If my player played 48 min at the trained place for example at center, so he would receive full train.
But if my player played 24 minutes, he would receive the half of the training, or what?

Thx for the answers

I believe the BB's have said that training is not linear but I haven't seen any information suggesting what the ratio is. This would mean that a player with 24 mins in a training spot would receive less than half of the training but I'm not sure exactly what amount.

I think it's exponential. BB's said it's not linear as far as I know.

Just a guess:
It's about 1.5x^2 or something, the reduce in training %. Where x is 48-the amount of weekly minutes
So if you train 47 minutes you get 98.5% training, if you train 46 you get 94% training, etc.

I think it's something about that, mut might be less or more.

if it's exponential then 24 minutes is equal to nothing. maybe nx^2 or nx^3. but it's very difficult to verify and BB's are don't say.

training more than 3 players above one position not real because drop of form. of course you can trained 2 players for max and 2 for a half, but I think it's not profitable.

Yeah that's true. But I assume it's exponential. At least it should be, almost all formulas in Hattrick are exponential, just an example of course.

I thought someone said before that whne you got under 48 minutes it had a huge negative impact, so that should mean exponential, but the rules says nothing about it;

If they play more than 48 minutes, this is not a problem. If players play under 48 minutes, they will still improve, but less quickly than they would if they got more playing time.

What the advantage of training (and playing the salary for) 4 players when 3 will do?

Keep your best 3 and sell the 4th guy...
