I'd focus on Defense:outside or inside ,then on inside scoring because he's build like a multi-skilled PF. After the Inside scoring probably lot of drive but I would hold off on that for now. but I'll never get to your level of play so I don't know. This is my opinion and I think it good.

very nice trainees. i like their OD, most people make well-rounded sf''s and they forget that they will mostly face outside minded sf's, actually sg's. So OD is still the most important skill to sf.

I would train SB, but many consider SB to be rather ineffective & too expensive ... one or two levels in OD wouldn't hurt him in my opinion, while it would still be low for him OD 3 would be a lot better than 1

Here is one of my original trainees, Miltos Skotinos, if you saw my previous post in this thread:

Weekly salary: $ 4 856

Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: average Handling: respectable
Driving: strong ↑ Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: prominent ↑ Inside Def.: prolific
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: average Free Throw: awful

Here is my new trainee, a French PF that I picked up early in the season:

Weekly salary: $ 4 246
Role: backup
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 29700
Age: 18

Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable

What do you guys think about, besides their low potential of star?

Low Potential! :O Im just kidding :) With their height and potential I would probably make them a PF/SF. Although they are lacking a little in OD and PA, but that can be made up. Also start training REB, but you already knew that. Good trainees :)
