I'm homegrown. Never bought any transfers. All players are drafted on current roster.

It's been tough but now the team is finally in the EBBL.
Either BBs give us homegrowns a boost or, in my case, we can only fight not to be relegated.

I can say this for sure now that my first serious trainee is turning 32.

Can ya'll look at my team Blackbeard's Crew? (277138) Its finally homegrown but has a donkey or two to complete the bridge. This team will count in Rugby as homegrown and soccer as homegrown.

Not looking to be added to the list. But every single player I used in real games last season was homegrown. (all league, cup, + scrimmages) Finished with a 17-5 record in a really tough D3 division & conference.

FWIW, the 8-man rotation on my Utopia team is self-trained too. Though I bought 2 of them as rookies for $1000 each. Won my league, & am now ranked #40 in Utopia & #1158 ranked in the world! My highest paid player only makes $26k, 5th highest $14k. Only 4500 bleacher seats too. Maybe it's more a sign of the game dying than me being successful. But it still seems cool that such a low salary team was able to claw that high in the rankings. Even temporarily.
