I want to play Motion as tactics. Which attributes do i need to buy and look for players in market?

PG? Dribbling, Handling, Passing?

SG? Jump Shoot, Handling?

SF? Jump Shoot, Handling?

PF? Outside and Inside Shoot?

C? Inside Shoot, Rebounding?

For outside players I would focus on JS and some PA (13-10) and limit JR to max 11.
JS is crucial for game engine, later JR matters, you will save salary with JR>=11.
It's not NBA where you win single games with 3s.

Rest skills - maybe some great managers should write something.

Motion is pretty strong tactic, most preffereble after LI by good managers.

1v1 Wingmen only trains at 90% of what 1v1 Guards gives you.

Why is it even an option then? Wouldn't it be better to clean up the training page by removing some things like this?

some people might choose to do it like this for whatever reason.
Same as training IS when playing sf for example.

What prevented you from moving the Center? Lack of depth at the position (so poor game shapes), trying to stay competitive in games (I guess Pro A is harder than my D.IV ), or something else? I'm training a lot of players out of position and that makes for awkward lineups at times, but I didn't feel forced to lose training over it though, so I wonder.

Looking for feedback on my training of my Guard trainees in bigs skills... which I don't feel is going great. Note I'm training 6 guys, but 2 in particular aren't doing much of anything (granted they're not my priority trainees, my 7'1" 19 year old is the big tuna).

Staff:
Trainer - Level 4 Advanced
Youth Trainer - Level 4 Advanced

Trainees:
Age: 20, Height 6'1" Potential: Perennial All Star (henceforth referred to as '20yo')
Age 18, Height 6'1" Potential: Perennial All Star (henceforth referred to as '18yo')

Weekly Training + Pops:
Week 1: FT - Pops 18yo = FT and Rebounding
Week 2: ID C/PF/SF - Pops none
Week 3: ID C/PF - Pops none
Week 4: RB C/PF - Pops none
Week 5: IS C/PF - Pops none

I get these guys are short, but holy smokes I'll be lucky to get 6 pops out of them this season. I was hoping to get some pops on these guys to round out the bigs skills before shifting to a more guards focused training next year, but this is feeling pretty disheartening. Quick commentary, I realize the 3 position training week 2 might have hurt me, that wasn't my intention, but I was still learning how to manage minutes and had to do that. And before I get yelled at for bouncing around from skills, my main trainees are popping, so I'm bouncing between Bigs skills in hopes of getting all the quick pops I can get (hoping they have high sub-levels).

Anyways, really just looking for feedback if this level of slow poppage is to be expected of a short, albeit young, trainee.
