Thanks for the explanation. But another thing has came up with this troublesome player. I trained him for 3 WEEKS of outside shooting alone and 4 weeks with PG and he hasn't improved at all. He has allstar potential and is at 23 years of age. What's happening?

normally it takes about 3 weeks for a 18 year old to pop. so this is nothing alarming :) i am sure he will pop next week or the week after if he received all these weeks 48 min or more playing time...
