Nash is arguably the best shooter in NBA and somebody can make a case that he is the best ever. (tell me how many players do u know who shoots 50-40-90)? Still he avs 9+ assists for so many years.

Show me one single player in BB that is trained in a Nash-like skillset and then we'll discuss his numbers. I think the only one that might be close is the awesome trained guy from thenewchuckd, but still that one isn't Nash-like good.

Who is this thenewchuckd guy? We don't talk about him anymore since he shipped off to Bermuda... And the next time you talk about him, you will be drowning in paperwork from our lawyers. ;-)

Anyhow, I once thought that Wendon was the best player in BB but there is a guy playing for the France NT who is better. And many others are coming up who will pass him.

So basically, if I understand what you are saying, is that you just need uber inside players to make an inside offense work in the new engine?

Anyhow, your post goes to a potential solution: balance the salary impact of inside skills. Make it so that high level guards cost as much salary wise as high level PFs and Cs. To me, this is a no-brainer, since inside players take a much shorter period of time to train, anyways.

don't forget that the winning team have home court, better enthusiam(ok thats in the rating), and on PF/C two starters with 350k salary against 210 of the loosing team.

And the outside attack for the loosing team works weaker, with better match ups. And i know the teams better then the one who try to use it as an example for their theorys.

As I said, maybe they are not the best examples, maybe they are. On the other hand, I'm still waiting for the many examples you promised where you had great results with a look inside against a "9" outside d.

Lets talk about real game then. Whats the last great PG that has won a ring? Magic.

I'm probably going to be banned and cast into the fires of hell, but Isiah won two since Magic.

Haha...Nash's shooting numbers are so high because he doesn't take as many shots. No way he's a better shooter than Allen and certainly not better than Maravich, Bird, RICK BARRY, the list goes on and on.

I just wanted to point that a good shooter can share the ball too. Not to find a similar player here.

Thomas had Joe Dummars, Rodman Lambier, Mark Aguirre, Vinny Johnson, Mahorn being the dirtiest team in the history. Thats sounds to me similar to Billubs, Wallace etc team.
