If you bought a vet for $50k and he suddenly got a $1.5M transfer estimate, what would you do :O

List him for $1 million, and watch 3 days fly by without a bid, and then list him for $750K, and after 2 days with no bid see his TPA drop to 500K, and then relist him for 400K, and watch his TPA drop to $250K, and still not sell, and relist him for $250K again, and then see his TPA change to: Players like this haven't transferred recently...and then be stuck with the crappy vet I bought I for $50K.

You know normally I agree, but when I looked it said 20 players like that were transferred. So I think he still won't sell, but apparently there was a start-of-the-season window of opportunity here. If the game lets me buy players with that kind of salary the next time I finish fifth, I might try it!

Lost the last road game but attendance went up for today's home game. Don't ever remember fans were that forgiving. Anyone experiencing the same?

Remember home attendance is no longer solely based on your last road game....now its based on your last 3-5 games.

Since last season....I can't remember though if its based on the last 3, 4, or 5 games....but the formula factors in multiple games not just the last road game which drew the ire of many payers in this game. I am sure the formula still emphasizes road games to some extent, but not like in the past where your attendance an go from 90% to 65% with a single road loss.

based on my last regular season games last season, i think the record of the opponent is somehow factored in, as well.

Yes Hassan, there is a connection to opponent's strength (though not sure if it's just all about record) in my experience.

Thanks Jase for info but somehow I remember that rule change started before season 28, maybe it began in ss27 or earlier. Can't find the announcement to verify it. If it did start last season than it probably explains why I didn't notice it ... I was on promotion bonus most of the season.

Hmm. Well I didn't really lose many games last season in USA and Utopia, so that would explain why I never realized it was happening. This was a much needed change. It opens up a lot of options for teams, such as rebuilding without relegating. As well as Cup runs more fun. Extra 50k from winning felt pointless when you tanked the road game to save GS and saw the next ticket revenue be in the toilet.

Love it.
