Yes, i know, but i think it would be better if that was editable.
It would be a lot easier to manage your roster by reordering it by "Best Position"... cause all of your players will be ordered by the position you want them to play... allowing you to see your team's strengths and weaknesses at a glance

Since that label is only a "suggestion", why shouldn't we make it useful? ;)

It's more useful for players who may not know that much about basketball to have a suggested Best Position.

I like using the forum, but it contains a lot of multiple threads and is hard to navigate. Wouldn't it be possible to add a search feature so that you can search the whole forum for answers to questions you have?

It would help on both navigation and on cleaning out those double threads...

Yes and what's the problem about what i suggested?
Every player has is own suggested Best Position.... that i can edit if I want.
Obviously whenever i try to sell him his best position should be resetted.

Honestly i can't see anything wrong about that.

I can't speak for the BBs, but if I had to guess, that something of that nature would not be high on the priority list.

Add double zero as a jersey number.

impossible — jersey numbers are stored as numbers in the database, and well — 00 is still 0 for t3h computer.


Your database doesn't do ALTER TABLE MODIFY COLUMN?

mean, I guess I can mentally sort my players by skill after four months... :)


I can do already by name, after a week, but it's still quite uncomfortable... having your roster reordered how i said would be definitely better.
Anyway it's not that important, i can cope with the actual system, but allowing the user to edit the suggested Best Position you could give a real utility to that feature.

And what about adding height and "multiple" positions ("Guards" for SG and PG and "Forwards" for SF,PF,C) to the search criteria?

I've got a suggestion, if you win the national cup, you'll get some prize money... for a couple of reasons:
1.it's just the way it is
2.the team are treating to the cup like Scrimmages games... they put up their 3rd and 4th line ups and a team from the 4th league can win it without many diffculties... if you'll give the winner money everyone will try to win it
