on a personal note, even though stamina determines a lot of how your player will perform in the long stretch , i would suggest get players or your lineup with enough skill sets that allows you to have a lot of them in your lineup
instead of getting a number of 1-2 or 5 players with tremendous or high players why not just settle for prolific or sensational but can allow your team money flexibility for you to get your backup to have almost or same skill set for your starter
in this way even with your started sitting, your going to get the same ( almost the same ) intensity or performance from you boys
