Now I am thinking about training. Training is no good for team balance and need to used a lot of money and time. Bcuz I bid my trainer last 2 seasons 600k ++ for lvl 6 trainer and now his salary is quite high. And then I trained 2 of my Singaporean. But now their value and using for my training value are no good balance. If I will use for this amount of value for transfer market I can buy 2 great rosters for my team. That 2 rosters will be more better than my 2 trainee
and then I can change training plan for my team balance eg FT, Stamina, GS, 1on1 (teams)...
How do u think? May be I will transfer some roster and I will change lvl4 trainer, and I don't want to use money for scout also... Bcuz the scout also good for lower standing team in each league.
Bro, since you are at SBBL now and more focus on winning games, it will be difficult for you to put training as number one priority, which if you look at my team, that is what i am trying to do on each season.
So, at your condition right now, a lv4 trainer is very recommended. they're not expensive. you can buy a 10-14k salaried trainer with 50-100k money. And then, focus training only for one young player, so you have more freedom to train any skill for that player.
