I suggest that you work on trying to make them SF/PF type of players because neither of them are that tall, which would slow down training as just a big man, but if you train them like SF's then they could be much more productive and the star potential wont effect them as much. Id train the first one as an SF and the second one as a PF, and then train forwards on 1v1 for awhile to get some helpful pops in random skills.

I like both of these guys a lot!
Can I suggest giving them both some inside training? Some inside shot would make them great forces in a LI offense. That way, you can maximize what you get out them before they cap.
