The team will fall apart if Gulbani got injured.

+1 Aussie.

And by training him with a level two trainer it prevents him from capping too early or his salary blowing out as he is already nearly up to $8,000 salary at age just 24.

i wouldnt necessarily say you are wasting a crap load of money each week on your doctor, but to put it in perspective you spend more per week on your doc than i spend on my 3 staff members total, including a lvl 5 trainer... just saying...

Ok sorry about the training thing, I did have a lvl4 trainer all along. Sometimes I get sloppy and don't bother looking at the # value of stats and just read the text value. I got my lvl4 trainer when I started, pretty much my first purchase on a wage of about 13k a week and with the fitness perk. Well you have convinced me on the training of the SG's then. I will focus everything on them from now on. The league was ordinary for me last week. I beat the same team last year by more with a much weaker team. My guys played an awful game tbh... I think my biggest rival is special gunz, he has spent a fortune on 2 players(I shudder to think of his wages) but I beat him by 30 odd points a few games ago. My wages are actually pretty low compared to the other top teams but tactic wise I think I trump them more often or not. Anyways, thanks for the advice Matt and look forward to chatting again, take care mate and good luck for your season ahead.

dude i have never been in d4 but my understanding that nothing less than winning it in ur first full season is ok

if u can get a 22-0 regular season record u will promote no matter what so just make sure u win the big games

u beat knox stars which is great now 7 easy games

when u r playing vs crap teams which is basically every other great8 team u should tie (maybe not for white hot as they have 2 x 7k guys)

then back on ur side its really just SpecialZz GunZz that u need 2 worry about u could even throw a crunch time vs them

other games should be tie & give ur guys good training

Simi Slipper, Elspeth Pantelidis & Horace Tansley are great trainees

do u know how to train?

just to clarify.. Fishy doesn't mean fire this doctor and go out and hire a lvl 6 doctor costing $50k per week..

the intention is to get a cheaper doctor and hire a better trainer, you know someone that will actually improve the players on your team, which in turn makes your team better, resulting in more wins and a chance at promotion...

oh yeah, and promotion is a good thing.. would hate to see you risk relegation from div 4 again this season...

tip for free : lvl 4 trainer (advanced), costing no more than $15k per week with the FITNESS bonus

what?! you guys are giving bad advice

what if he downgrade his doctor and a star such as Zviad Gulbani should suffer any injury?

huh? how are you going to pay for it?

Good luck to you, too, Targess. Just remember, you've got a couple of young Aussie stars that most managers would kill for. It would be a shame if you didn't focus all your attention on them. Take Big Fish's advice in regards to winning those big games. Make sure you beat them, TIE the others, and finish on 22-0 for the season. Then you'll promote. By then, your trainees will be starting to help not hurt you.

Good luck.
