These ranking numbers are much higher than last seasons! Is it because we are getting better ratings or just because there have been so many blowouts lately?

It's a little of both. The ratings for the top teams are a lot higher than last seasons (this early in the season). The top 3 have completely separated themselves, while last season, there wasn't this much of a difference between #1 and #5. The average ratings across the whole league are about the same though.

100 point wins certainly help. The top 3 teams have enormous PD's for this early in the season. Per game averages are: Flash Mashers +31.14, Dong Energy +29.29, Cathar +24.43.

Hey Chek, you should've been around Saturday! James Coleman was 9 of 9 from the field! He was a PERFECT 100%! He had 19 points and 15 boards at the end of his day Saturday. (He could've had a chance for 10, but Garbage Time came too early)
