will there be a reset for the U21 teams which play the consolation tournament, too?

Good afternoon, step over here to put my claim formal, because the course of this game engine reschedule an important match for the Venezuelan community, and rescheduled the party that had already been played on Monday, we won, and we lost yesterday in rescheduled that game, I respect from you towards other communities, the fact that it is a big game and playoffs and also for us to be a small community is not the fact that we are not taken into account and that this goes unnoticed, I want to get to work as is, and solve the problems of the community as it should be .. as this does is discourage the community, and more with this injustice, because it is something that should not happen if you engine programmers were fine there, and errors were pending engine and Corrigan, this is already seems to hattrick, I hope not pass over this post, and solve problems before hand thanks and greetings.

With all respect but we need a concrete answer for that has happened in playoff games that we won the first game and then placed a reprogramming game against the same team regardless of previously played the game!
Now we lost this game if they will take it into account? I think this would be an injustice too big and makes Buzzerbeater users are removed from play or you lose interest, please asked your prompt response to the Venezuelans. Thank you!!

I'm not ignoring anyone, I read all your posts and am discussing with my colleagues about our next step. I'm aware of the fact that you won the first match without the enthusiasm reset being done on time. After the match, reset was done and a new match had to be scheduled and played. I'm sorry that you lost, but it was the fairest thing I could do at the time. I'll write here as soon as I have any new information about this issue.

There are two issues wrong with this seasons repechage games:
A) Malaysia got in instead of Taiwan (check (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/world/standings.aspx?teamid=1...)). This was only brought to my attention 2 days ago (on Wednesday).

B) The games were initially played without the enthusiasm reset happening. They were rescheduled but the rescheduled matches had the option to change the lineups/tactics. This was a mistake on my part and will be corrected.

As for the solution to the problems, here's what we decided to do. We always do our best to catch mistakes when they happen. There are a ton of moving parts in BuzzerBeater, though, so we sometimes have to rely on the affected community members to point out some deeper mistakes. That's why we have the bugs forum, so people have a space to mention things they think were run incorrectly. In this case, not even the manager of the national team that was left out mentioned any issue until after the first games were run, and, unfortunately, that doesn't leave us with very many options for helping out with the situation. Had it been brought to our attention before the game, we would have been able to remedy it easily.

The fairest option available, in light of the situation, is the following:
1) Taiwan will be swapped into the rotation in place of Malaysia.
2) The game played incorrectly by Malaysia will be considered a forfeit by Taiwan. The same enthusiasm will be used for the game by the opponent. Taiwan will have enthusiasm as if it played this match "Take it Easy"
3) Taiwan will participate in the remainder of the repechage as intended


Since that handles the first issue, the second issue will be sorted as follows. Since we still have a backup of the lineups/tactics set for Monday, we are going to:
1) backup all relevant data
2) reset the enthusiasm of the U21 repechage teams back to 5
3) reset injuries and set game shape to respectable for all players from those teams
4) schedule and play a new set of games using the lineups/tactics from our backups from Monday
5) restore players game shape, injuries and teams enthusiasm to backed up values
6) update the repechage tables with new data

We will do this to all games except the Malaysia game, which will be set as a forfeit and Taiwan will take Malaysia's place in that match, future matches and the repechage overall.

The replays are probably going to happen on Sunday. We hope this will remedy the situation but are aware that there's no perfect solution.

And with a forfeit, Taiwan will be eliminate of the repechage round (I think) ... so they'll begin consolation tournament with 2 defeats and 0 victory rather than 0-0 if they stay in the consolation tournament now ...
