Do you extend transfer list deadlines of players whose auctions end when the bug happens? I remember when a similar bug happened a while ago, the auctions of affected players where extended 2 hours.

We do not reopen closed transfers as a rule. We do extend open transfers when we're aware of an imminent or ongoing problem.
