I have 6 trainees for 2 positions, but its extremely hard to get all of them 48 mins of training. Should i switch to training 5 players or is there other way?
For example to put into lineup just 2 trainees for every game to get guaranteed 48 mins each for required postion, then put into lineup other 2 and so on? Is there any negative effects of them playing full game? And will coach be able to let them rest and put into that position other players out of natural pos?
Thanks for any advice.

Playing 1 player the optimized minutes doesn't get the same training result as to 6 players having 48 minutes training...

remember... you only have one trainer... and he can't give focus on them all...

I am training five trainees on two positions and I made the experience that your coach sometimes put players onto your trainees positions even though they aren't supposed to play there. That makes your training much less efficient. And - playing 48 min. can surely affect your players games, usually by having at least one bad quarter during second half time and having worse ratings at all.
So you better let your coach switch your trainees on your trainee's positions with five of them. That works out pretty well with three games a week.

(With 6 trainees on two positions you have to give everyone exactly 48 minutes to give everyone at least 48 minutes, what is indeed really hard.)

50 to 65 minutes if we are to believe (15597.29) and why shouldn't we? My personal guestimates, which aren't as well documented, suggest similar results.

Don't lie on help forum. As a Gm!

It only matters how many positons (not players) you train.

who says about lying?

when you train... yeah you train by position... but how many players are trainable in that position???

if you train only center... but you have (for example) 6 players playing 48, 50-55, or up to 65 minutes a week (depends on what is best)... they all will be trained... yet, the development would be the same (give or take... and of course, this is IMO) as training 3 positions with 2 players each position.

and of course... more development would be for the guy who played enough minutes, and him only (1 player playing 1 position) than training 1 position, yet having 2 players playing in that position. (2-3 players playing 1 position)

that's my point. and so, players matter.

You're welcome.

Many newbies would be confused by this assuming GM should know it for sure. As I assumed too.
