the big problem is that you are training 2 positions for 1 position training slots/
ID And IS are best trained at 1 position, the only trainings that work perfect for 2 positions are 1v1, JS and RB.
SO I would either sell 3 trainees and train 1 position, or start training 1v1, JS or RB

That in combination of switching training each week and with them being short isn't giving them enough time to pop.

If we ignore the first couple of weeks, they've had 1 week of 90% of IS, ID, RB.

Even with tall trainees training at 100% you won't get a pop every single week.

At that height, I would guess you would get a pop every 3 weeks for an 18y, 4-5 weeks for a 20y. That might not be totally accurate, but should be an ok estimate.

Go to Arena, click the down area next to "Arena Designer". In the third row of items there will be some different looking arenas, ranging from $0.2m to $4m. If you buy one of those they will provide money each week under Arena Sponsorship. The more expensive the arena, the more money you receive.

Note that if you buy a cheap arena (say the $0.2m arena) then a few seasons later you decide to buy the $4m arena, you pay the full $4.2m - there is no discount for upgrading. So you might want to save up for the one you want long-term. It also takes a long time to pay off, so it's a long-term investment.

Do you happen to know how long it takes to pay off in general? Because 4 or 5m is way out of my reach, but the smaller arenas (200k or 500k) are within my reach and I wonder if I should save to do this or just ignore everything and continue to push my arena until I have like 15k seats (the arena grind is so, so long, it will probably take me 2 or 3 seasons to get there)

I would go for the seats first. Those are more important.'

But this is the time it takes for the arena to be profitable

arena design weekly income for every design
4,8K - 200K arena
8,9 K - 500 k arena
11,9 - 1 mln arena
15,9K - 2 mln arena
23,8K - 4 mln arena

200K is profitable after 43 weeks
500K is profitable after 58 weeks and is more profitable than 200K arena after 75 weeks
1mln is profitable after 86 weeks and is more profitable than 500K arena after 178 weeks
2 mln is never smart as it takes 252 weeks for the 2 mln arena to be more profitable than the 1 mln arena and it takes
255 weeks for the 2 mln arena to be more profitable than the 4 mln arena
4 mln arena is profitable after 180 weeks and is more profitable than 1 mln arena after 254 weeks

Casually taking years to reach returns on investment, I'll probably forget about that and just do my seats and Training Court/Gym instead

Thanks for the insight!

yeah! It takes a long time. I would focus on those first as well.
Although on the long term I personally still like the 4 mln investment for the arena, which is what I am saving for right now.
It takes a long time to earn it back but after that it is pure profit AND it will allow you to take in more salary while not overspending which is great if you want to contend for a championship/promotion.

Does one on one training at for Forwards result in the same training impact as one on one for Guards? Just with maybe more cross training on inside skills?

1v1 guards trains a bit more handling, driving and JS.
1v1 forwards a little bit less, but also trains IS.

I’m interested in using buzzer-manager . When I go the the website it asks for user name and code. Then it says you can set you code from account settings? I can’t find an account settings here? I promise I’m not stupid. But on this specific issue, I’m stupid. someone please guide me through initial log-in.

Thanks!
