Seems like 50% for week for sure. I agree that it'll adjust the balance in the upper leagues - I think the intention is as much to make teams that overspend burn through their money that much faster. I just wish I could sell some of my excess training exemption - I've got just over 170k but I don't have the financial resources at this point to actually use that up.
So there is a tax on spending more than I make? If I am buying players to prep for moving up I have to pay a tax on that? Doesn't this give teams in the upper tier an advantage over the ones promoting

A funny thing about this new salary limit for lower ranked teams.Imagine a mono skilled 200k center. Now he would rather retire, than join a div IV team. Really? He would walk away from 200k salary? I don't think so, unless one of the Kardashians screwed his brain :)
