So you put a player in the TL with a camouflage price tag in order to lure buyers but you knew you wouldn't sell him for that price.

You could have me and others waking up at 3.30 to buy your player, just for us to realise you are fooling and making fun of us.
In your own words, "the game is for fun". Well fun for you with this kind of gaming, not for buyers who are here for fun too by the way.

Can you people not read? This is why he is pissed. People were still bidding and the price would have went up at least another 200K. I had the high bid on the player for a while.( Was going to use him in the cup next season) Every time the site has a glitch they add like 2 or 3 hours to the players deadline..Why didn't this happen in this case? If you think about it...he put the player off for $1 and he was up to over 400K, that is like 50-100 bid pages this guy is on...I wouldn't call that stupid at all.

Can I get in on the complaining? A few weeks ago, my player only sold for 5.1 million: (6924768). One of the best PGs in BB should have gone for at least 500K more than that. If I knew he was going to sell for that price, I would not have listed him.

Oh wait - you're going to say that the site did not crash in my case, so it is not the same. Maybe, maybe not. Or maybe he went for market value? Really, I don't know, I don't understand the market these days.

All I know is that next time, if I am unwilling to part with a player without getting x compensation in return, then that's what I will list him for.

Yes..You are right..It is a buyers market for sure.
BTW..I saw your PG..He was no joke. I was only 600K short from buying him. He would have helped me finally have a chance to upset Sharman and end his evil rule of the JBBL. I did get a really good PG for about 3 million( it would have cost me 5 million 2 seasons ago)..But in order to get him I had to take a lose on two other players...Oh well...Getting better isn't the same as getting richer. can't put a jersey on a stack of money.

I don't think that is the same thing as what has happened here.
Your player sold at that amount on an uninhibited market.
However, the OP's player would definitely have sold for more if players were able to bid. However, players weren't able to bid because the site was down, or frozen or whatever.
I saw the skills of the player and I assure you that he would have sold for more than he did.
So I think the situation is completely different.
And the biggest thing that makes the different is that the OP was going to buy the player back if he didn't sell for the amount that he wanted. He should have had that chance to buy his player back.
