i do not believe that OD is worthless. I'm a defensive-minded user. I don't really get your series of ironics. Anyhoo, how can you be sure that the difference between trainers is worthless?

Never buy staff over 5. The expense is not worth it.

for begginers, perhaps...
still, for those who want to train players for U21's, NT's or just want to take that training stuff seriously, that's just ... emo :)

the best thing is to buy level 6 or 7 staff very cheap, even if they have over 60-70k salary and to keep them for about a season... than to buy with more than 1000k staff with 20-30k salary and to ruin the economy...

Just trust me they are. Also scouting is pointless.

Wolph talks like he's me. I can't put it more accurate.

Older than the rest ...

With the 4th pick, I drafted this stud (21097786)

Wouldn't say that is pointless.

I trained a current US U21 player from 18yo with a L5 trainer -> (16433511). His skills weren't even that great to start considering how hard it is to make a U21 player.

edit - actually, i sold off a very similar player to the one above a little over a season ago. He hasn't been trained well since and isnt on the U21's, but at the time I sold him he was a better player the one that is on the U21's now.
