Well, first the coach is not the one who makes the deal.

Second, in the real world the deal is not being set by an auction.

Third, there is no reason giving users who can come up early an advantage.
By that you are causing that users may leave the game, as the game cannot being played fairly from their POV.

"Automation" is not a word that should not be spoken of...

Activity pays off in an online game. So there IS a reason to give guys who are more active than others a benefit.

Maybe someone should start accepting other opinions than his own, instead of negating any possibility there are any?

Even the initial poll is not showing a clear need for the autobidding, nor has there been any flat out convincing points why the game AFTER the invention of this auto-bid thingy is any better than now. It will be different, slightly, but not to a degree where you can speak of a clear advantage, and there are plenty reasons to believe it will be actually worse...

1) As I've already wrote, there is still some advantage also in auto-bid system.

2) Currenlty the game is mainly aimed to users who can play it whenever they can, by that less potential users will play it.

3) This game is not about being active.
It is about managing a team.
A better manager is not defined by the time you have to spend playing it.

4) On current auction system without auto-bid you can change the name and purpose into:
BA - Be Awake!
As this factor is one of the most dominant factors in the game and it should not be so.

1) By definition this game is dedicated for the majority of users and the plan of the game creator is that as much of users will play it.
The majority of people cannot play whenever they want.

2) Playing whenever you want does not make you a better manager and frastrate the others who can't and who may leave (or left) the game.

3) Automation is not a word that should not be spoken.

4) The game does not test how flexible your time is.
It tests and was created to simulate the manging skills of a basketball team.

a thing with the autobidding system which wonders me all the time, that it is always discussed and suggested coexisting to the current bidding system.

Personally i think both system have their advantages and disadvantages(bidwars are sometimes fun for me), but i don't think that it would be fun for me to bid against the "system" where i know that it won't forget to bid and none of my trys to win a bid war through the placing time of a bid might work.

Another point who might play a role here, are the money gained by ads during a bit war with non supporters.

in this case the auto bid is useless, and you should go for bidding the amount you like to py for early.

But if it isn't considered as fun to bid against a bot, there is imho no way of coexistenting of both. And as i said i think both system have there ups and downs.

But i dont know if i think a new bid system is needed.

i don't have a favourtie system too, so i would say stay with the old one without investing time creating the new system.

I've already answered the point you have raised.

First, the auto-bids are the ones that are first executed, and are executed "fast". no need to wait and see how it raises.
It goes until the last bid each auto-bid can set.

Then, the online users can fight their bid-wars.
More presicely, they have the advantage to put their bid in the first one and an half minutes prior of the auto-bids "last-bid".

It gives answer to both options.

Again, there is no reason to give an advantage to those who can play it whenever they can, and by that chasing away all others that are the majority of users.
Playing whenever you can does not define you as a better BB manager.
