You were last on your first season and promoted the next. You avoided relegating and your are off to a great start without a great team. Focus on your team, have fun and stop fighting against the majority.
1) On the first season I practically joined on the relegation round or a game or two prior to that.

2) Majority are majority of teams who are explyting this issue.
Majority does not make it right (Galileo Galiley).

3) Why aren't you relating to the facts brought at the start of this thread?

You got a BB reaction and I'm sorry it wasn't in your favour. You also opened twice a thread about a closed subject. Respect the GM or we'll have to lecture you about the rules.

This one is closed and I'm hoping you will not open another quickly. You want only the attention of a BB ? I give you an advice. Spam by BB-mail BB-Charles, BB-Mark or BB-Ryan.
If you will stop closing threads that you don't like, I will not start new ones.

In addition, each of the three threads had different content on the same subject.
The fist had been a suggestion for improvement.
The second discussed whether the game is competitive for new users.
This third brought facts regarding the subject.

It would have been best if it was written from last to first, but it just did not.

If you wouldn't close them (because they did not suite you), all can be part of the same thread.
There was NO reason to close those threads.

To Pini: Actually there is a reason for closing this thread. It belongs in suggestion forums.

To GM-Foto and everybody else: the wisest thing to do in order to not continue this fruitless conversation is just to stop replying. BBs saw Pini's suggestion and it's on them now to act or not. Our debating will produce nothing but pointless, angry or insulting posts.

and one more suggestion, maybe this will help,

I assume you must be Rocky Balboa fun - never give up, writing your FACTS til the end,

but for BB users you're more like a Don Kichote

PS: ask somebody who has a supporter to make a poll, whether people want your changes or not, this is the best solution

If you look at the English Football League system, which most closely resembles Buzzerbeater-
The majority of the teams in the Premier league (Div.1) were established in the 19th century and have been in the top division for a while. There are a few teams that sneak in and make it to the top division such as Wigan but they are the minority. The powerhouses remain the powerhouses. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premier_League

Just my two cents and a real world example.

And when I first saw the other thread of "is BB competitive for new players?" I immediately though, it sure is!

Because I've played many online manager games where it's impossible to even get out of the first division you were placed in. THat's not competitive. Having to spend multiple seasons just to become competitive in your first division is not fun. Needless to say, I very quickly quit those games.

Sure it is! But only in the greatest country of the world and some other communities with more than a couple dozen of users. If you join a smaller country you will be cannonfodder for a very long time.

No, this not needs to be part of the suggestion forum. This thread brought facts (at its first message) and was created in order of discussing those facts.

It is not a duplication of "Is BB competitive for new users?" as the facts given on this first message where missing on that thread.

It is redundant to say that you hadn't respond to any of those facts that does not fit your needs and ambitions...

Oh mother of god...I DON'T CARE about what is this thread about. I just said it belongs to suggestion forums. I think you are playing a game that is not for you.

This only strengthen my claim.
1) This game is needed to be competitive for all users.

2) The NBA (and most of any leagues that exists in the USA) has a much better system and it shows.
It shows in the fact that you can see a game between each two teams and enjoy a meaningful game.
In England, and surely on Spain (football leagues) the only question is - how much goals Real/Barcelona will make.

3) Generally the USA's leagues systems makes the game much more interesting and competitive than the European one.

What happens due to this bad system in Europe is that the fan base are so not proportional up to a level that some (most) of the teams can be said to be playing and managed from charity.

4) In case you are claiming that this should be the case - only old users can play on the first division, ask yourself who will join this game and who will keep playing it.

----------------------------------------------
The basic of sport is competitiveness.
Currently BB is not competitive for new users.
I love this game, but on a certain point I'll probably do what a lot others have done due to that - leave the game (for the joy of some of the users who enjoy exploiting a wrong system)

I forgot to add:
It is interesting why one is so afraid of a discussion on the core of this game - competitiveness. And "shouts" over and over to close the thread.
