Cause i may propably need them before playoff games or finals so i need them at time,thats my problem here i want it to finish fast so i can build again before the BIG games. I am stucked right now

I agree it would be great to know the actual date. But I like the added strategy of the uncertainty. It makes the decision of when to start an upgrade more interesting, as you can't be completely certain of when the upgrade will be finished.

The strategy of the uncertainty is the only thing i hate at this game.Whatever hope it will be finished soon

I think the thing to keep in mind is that nobody has ever complained that their seats were ready too soon, so upgrading may be best served a few weeks before you actually need the seats, just in case you get the construction crew that goes on spring break with the job half done.

I'm still working on my C and PF. I need them to be good enough to start in D.IV. Once they are at that level of play I'll switch to guards and probably end up buying another SF.

I think that's why Buzzerbeater doesn't let you know the exact time of the upgrade: because you can't upgrade for a specific game if you don't know the upgrade will be done in time. They're trying to dissuade people from expanding just because they've got certain games coming up.

Personally, I just assume all upgrades take seven days more than stated. That way I can be pleasantly surprised when they complete "early."
