I would like to clarify a few things:
1. IS is free for guards, its not for bigs (your argumentation kinda jumps all over the place)
2. 3-2 zone needs less OD on bigs and less ID on guards than m2m to work
3. 3-2 zone needs SB on bigs which also helps to defend jump shots similar to OD
4. SB is cheaper for bigs than IS
5. I did not say training speed for JR was increased, that was Falke and i cant comment on that as i did not train JR for a long time

This team can be countered with:

3x
standard PG with 10+IS high DR

2x
SB 20+ ID 20 Reb 20 IS 5 PA 15

3-2, LI

your team will force more TO but since i have good PA and HD it will be limited.
They will get destroyed on the rebs. I have quite likely the best inside defense rebounder in the game on my team, build for 1-3-1 zone. (Its a pity the chinese NT coach never uses him for this) The reason i dont play that often is that the 3-2 works so well without the reb penalty.
They also can not defend layups while i can defend theirs, but the main reason they will lose is rebs.

Since they cant shoot outside you could even go 2-3 with 3 of the above bigs
