Did you notice the slower speed training JR and OD? My 20-year-old with 203 cm height rarely pops once per 2 weeks, it usually takes 3 weeks to pop in JR.. So I must warn you that it will be harder..

We are the ones who wanna play, always wanna go but we never wanna stay

My best Rookie is Dietrich "el pulpo" Motte (4599819) (greetings to spain ^^). I trained him into U21 an Nationalrooster, where he did his pat for Winning U21 worldchampionschip and Senior European-Cheampionchip. I had to sale him because of the high weekly costs which dependet on his great skills.

I am thinking 2 pops in OD, then train JS and JR for a while. Possibly then go to driving and handling.

What do you think?

I would rotate between Pressure training and One on One training for the rest of this season, and then at the beginning of next season try and get 1 or 2 pops on passing, and then just rotate between JS, Pressure and Outside Shooting training until the all star break next season and then see where you are.

Just my opinion :)

Nice rookie, I'd give him some OD training soon though.

This player could be a VERY good Small Forward. Give him some inside skills and he´ll do a pretty damage.
