I disagree that the market is at its lowest. I think prices will continue to drop, but maybe not by much. In fact, I see TL prices and salaries going down for another one or two seasons, and then leveling out there. I don't see TL prices ever going up again. Too many quality players these days. Unless the developers adopt another revenue stream (allowing arena construction to develop again? introducing pay-per-view? tripling merchandise revenue?) I don't see TL prices ever rising much from where they are now.

The developers need to stop draining money out of the market by flooding it with free agents and fired players. Training a center is the most useless thing nowadays as you can get world-class players for less than one million, this is absolutely insane.

Why do we need another income stream? Income is sufficient, problem is the uber-sick money drain and the oversupply of some positions (centers, or big men in general). Developers need to stop tweaking the numbers so we finally see some stabilization in the market and we finally get some planning reliability.

stop complaining knecht.

most of the "worldclass bigmen" on the market have no passing, no midrangejumper, lack of blocking. i dont see a lot of quality out there.

i'm still training my bigs, and they do fine

I don't know if the prices are insane or not. Maybe, now that we are reaching the beginning stages of equilibrium with the game, one million for a player like you are talking about is a decent price. I certainly don't make enough to be buying million dollar players.

I do agree that the free agent listings should stop.

Because most of those skills really make no big difference for big men, believe it or not.

says you. I think passing on a center makes a big difference. I also have had success with high shot-blocking and good JS.

Are you kidding me?

So two players with same inside skills, player A has PA 2 and HN 2, player B has PA 8 and HN 8 - pl. A will play as good as player B?

Feel free to ask me!

I said "no big difference" as an LA I expect you to understand what I wrote.

Of course A will be better than B, but those skills are really not the core skills of a center so its not that bad if he lacks in one of those.

The difference between handling 1 and handling 8 is 0 for a center - those guys dont have to be the best ballhandlers on the court. Same is for blocking for guards, thats not their job, so they dont need it.

This means many FAs are too expensive.

This means that the supply is too big and that there is no money left in the market - nothing more nothing less.

This whole "equilibrium" holy grail thing is taking up so much time, the developers could have spent for much more needed things.
