Yes, this is one of the principle flaws of any loan system in games of this type. No matter how it is set up, the potential for abuse fatally harms any set-up.

One of the simplest reasons this idea has no legs is that the effect would be a net nil as compared to other non-bot teams riding on the presumption that every team would obtain a high quality loaned player.
