-save money from buying trainees
I saw plenty of players with 55+ skill points (-exp, -ft, -st) go below 50k with above allstar potential. I saw one transfer for 4,5mil, obviously I reported it. Trainees are not expencive.
-no trainer upfront cost
-no trainer severance fees
-no trainer weekly salaries
You can easily train with a lvl4 trainer. Not really a wallet smasher...
-win more league games
-better fanball survey for more attendance cash
-deeper cup runs, more cash
Lower league teams, usually are out of the cup pretty early. Scrimmages have no downside to training.
-gs training
gs can be easily handled with out the gs training.
At the moment majority of the managers are still training like crazy. If everyone trains, the cost of a decently trained young player is lowish. But not everyone is training to sell, training your own draftee will even get you more merc income. You always have to choose the best path to success. If it's more profitable to just buy complete young players, then that's what you should do. It's like putting money in the draft. If noone in your league is putting money in the draft, you should invest, even if you are the league leader. If everyone invests, it's better not to invest. If everyone stops training, it's better for you to start training etc. It's not like good SF players are out there by the dozens, those trainers are netting nice transfers fees, if they opt to sell.
Making training easier, will remove any profit from those training lower division teams.
