But basically what you guys are saying in this thread is that a PR guy is useless at lower levels? So having even a level 2 guys is a waste of money?

Interesting thought. I might have to look into that. It's rather impossible at DV level, since more than half are bot or inactive, but DIV should be an interesting trial. You know, it might be worthwhile to do an entire study for each division and see the role that PR plays into each, and at what levels.

This is likely true also I it think for the level of play the money you see is great with the higher paid pr and low wage talent, but as teams go up . there is little to no improvemnt becuase of player salaries and such
