i don't want to band communication i just want a system that cant be taken advantage of. The enthusiasm rule has to many ways to hurt or help a team or to be taken advantage of.

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

try to look at this issue on this way - the communication ability of a good manager is a very important too...

..so if there is any manager, capable enough to convince his competitors to do what he want - he deserve an advantage - that's how I feel this issue

edit: you maybe should know that I'm not doing a TIE deals, while I approve this option

that is about our personal attitude only - if someone have a communicative and enterprising talent, he should to have an option here to use it - in my opinion

that's the life and nature - life and nature aren't fair
