I am thinking 2 pops in OD, then train JS and JR for a while. Possibly then go to driving and handling.
What do you think?
Very nice trainee... the question is do you ever want him to have IS? At 6'5" without IS you run the risk of just turning him into a decent SG. If you can pump in some IS now (building his JS and hopefully some more ID) you then have the makings of a great all round SF. If I was to allocate 10 extra skills to your man I would give him;
5 IS, 3 OD & 2 RB. Then you have the basis for a truly great player. The fact is he is 18 and you have the time to do this. If he was 19 I would say you wouldnt have the choice. The extra value you build into him for your season of IS training is in my opinion well worthwhile.
