But your requirements are misleading to what is needed at the end of the day. If you put a more realistic set of goals for the SF position this conversation never would have been started.
If i had more time on my hands i gladly would. But i din not run for the NT position a few months ago because i don't have enough time to do what is needed and i would not want to cheat this community. I give the time i do have to my team and to help Ehud with the NT.
All i am saying is what needs to be done in my opinion. I have not been part of the U21 system and don't know how or who you speak to when asking coaches to train there players. When i see the SF of the teams we play against VS our own, i know that something needs to be changed as the best countries in this game don't seem to have this problem.
You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.
