Which statement are You talking about? If You talk about statement "The team manager is working hard to improve the team" I can say that this statement is completly independent of win-lose record.

But with 16-0 in my third season in the game

In fact it's Your 4th season (it could be even counted as 5th, nevermind). Here are teams which were after 2-3 promotions at the same moment.

This factor has impact only on 1 (or even 0) statement in survey.

(hire a player to cover an injury, and sale at the end of the injury)

1.- In the part of the stars of my team and selling them.
2.- I arrive directly in the offseason, so I have played 3 complete seasons.

Ok. Buy one player and rating in this statement will increase. And please in mind that putting player of TL, even if he isn't sold, decreases balls. Last but not least - rating in this statement is worthless.

Maybe he won by less point difference than in previous match. If number of balls isn't maximal - it's space to reward teams, which won by better point difference.

He has beaten number 2 in the other conference +53 away from home !!! Next game was against number 1 in the other conference and there was a drop in attendance compared to last home game. And last home game was won +50 against number 5 team. There is just no logic there. No1 seed attracting less fans than no5 seed. And all of that after +53 away game. Prior to that last match he experienced attendance AND fan survey drop.

Survey is made on little group of fans. Maybe in this survey in this group were more fans, who prefer good defence than offence. Maybe there were more fans with ADHD in previous sourvey. Maybe there were more pessimists in this survey. Maybe one of fan was worried because of his daughter was sick.

We can disagree about fan survey and attendance working properly but people wouldn't have so many complaints about it if it worked properly. And I'm among those saying it doesn't work. ;) Apparently I'm not the only one:

I think once we get around to cloning Marin so he can work on all the things he's said he's going to work on at once, rather than sequentially, we'll get an improvement. I just think that it's silly to claim that any one particular thing that you might be displeased with is the reason for the user base decline or use that decline as proof of it - you're not speaking for the departed users any more than I or Kermit the Frog are.

So it means in previous match he experienced unexpected growth and should be happy and sit quiet and hope no one of BBs will see it and take this extra cash out. But of course nobody complains when receives more cash than he expected.
And I suppose drop in next game was small.
Drop in fan survey isn't so important because survey is made on random, small group of fans. Sometimes in this groups we have more fans who prefer cup than league, sometimes more fans who prefer economical succes and management than big payroll.
There are many factors which has impact on fans. All these factors are changing and never will be the same. Additionaly wage of these factors is changing (it's obvious that for example first statement has more impact in first week of season than in last).
Maybe his the best player played only 20 minutes in previous game whilst his average is 30. I believe the best way to make fans more happier is to play 48 minut by the best players in every match and don't allow scrubs to play. All fans prefer to see the best stars, not backup players, then of course team will have more players in top of leaders stats.

I agree. It's not one thing. There were many and it was cumulative. :) There were bunch of bugs that repelled quarter of the fan base. Game delays just to remember one of the worst. :D But let's head back to the topic. I think attendance and fan survey could be the killer - that one drop too much for some users to abandon this great game. ;)

Some people don't have any problems and just grow tired of playing.

But for the people that do have complaints, many of them aren't even things that require fixing. They're just differences of opinion on how this game should be run. The list of things that I would like to see changed won't agree with your list, Manon's list or anyone else on this site. That's just reality.

All things considered, I am happy with the direction the team is going in = 5 balls
but I will lose tonight and my team will come home and my attendance will suck
Fact is...There are very good teams in Division 1
I may be 9-7 but I sit 5th out of 16 after being in Div II, my fans should be proud

I've concluded that Canadian fans are too ungrateful. They're clearly a bunch on whiners who are impossible to keep happy.

I'm thinking of packing my bags for Pakistan or some other small nation whose fans will simply be happy to have an active team to cheer for.
